(Baonghean.vn) On the morning of April 23, 2015, at Nghi Thuan commune, Nghi Loc district, National Assembly delegates at election group No. 5 including Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Internal Affairs Committee and Ms. Le Thi Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union had a meeting with voters of Nghi Loc district.
Also attending were representatives of provincial departments and agencies, representatives of Nghi Loc district leaders and voters representing 17 hamlets and agencies and units in Nghi Thuan commune.

Giving opinions to the National Assembly delegates, nearly 20 Nghi Thuan voters proposed that the state improve the regime for people with meritorious services in the resistance war; local officials, people who retired before 1990 who made many contributions when the country was in difficulty but their pensions were too low, so when adjusting their salaries, fairness should be ensured; educational reform and innovation should be practical, both reducing the burden on children and being effective... In recent years, Nghi Thuan commune's land was recovered to build an Industrial Park and N5 Road, but the compensation at agricultural land prices was too low, causing children to lack jobs; support land for hamlets that do not have land to build cultural houses; have policies to support seeds and fertilizers for agricultural production...

Responding to voters' recommendations and proposals, comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Internal Affairs Committee requested the Nghi Loc District People's Committee to respond to issues within its authority; and directly respond to issues within the responsibility of the people's representatives. Sharing voters' concerns, comrade Phan Dinh Trac also emphasized: although there are still many difficulties, the State has tried to arrange the budget to adjust salaries for meritorious people and grassroots officials every year. However, because the legal mechanism on land is not yet complete, the land recovery price is still different; after land recovery, due to economic recession, the progress of attracting investment is still limited. Other issues are assigned to the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to synthesize and report related contents to competent authorities for handling and recommendations to the upcoming National Assembly session.
