On the evening of July 7, in Nghia Khanh commune, Nghia Dan district, a collision occurred between young men from two communes: Nghia An and Nghia Khanh, resulting in the death of a young girl named Xuan, 23 years old, residing in Tho Loc hamlet (Nghia Khanh).

The victim's name is Xuan, 23 years old.

At that time, the victim and 2 friends were returning from a trip when they met a group of young men living in Nghia An commune. A conflict arose between the two sides. The group of young men from Nghia An commune chased Xuan and his 2 friends to the cemetery in Nghia Khanh commune, where Xuan fell off his motorbike and died.

After the incident, Nghia Dan district police came to investigate, reconstruct the scene and conduct an autopsy. Five suspects from Hamlet 5, Nghia An commune were detained.
