Khmu teacher loves her job and children
(Baonghean) - Graduated from the Preschool Department (2007) of Nghe An Pedagogical College, young teacher Cut Thi Bich, a Khmu ethnic, was assigned to teach at the Kindergarten of Huu Khuong commune, one of the communes in the Ban Ve Hydropower Reservoir area, Tuong Duong district. After 1 year of teaching at the school, in the 2010-2011 school year, Ms. Bich was transferred to teach in the Pieng Cooc village class, Mai Son Kindergarten, more than 4 hours walking on mountainous roads from the commune center, where 100% of the population is Mong ethnic. The first days at school were full of difficulties. However, with the motto "school is home - teachers are like kind mothers", Ms. Bich is always diligent in her work, loves her job, loves children, sticks to the school, sticks to the class, and uses all her experience in persuading parents to let their children go to school.
Ms. Bich encouraged parents to send their children to class.
In the 2011-2012 school year, the Education Department of Tuong Duong district continued to introduce the new preschool program into preschool education, requiring teachers to be creative and learn to find good teaching methods that are suitable to their abilities and promote children's positivity. Ms. Bich has researched and learned from her predecessors. She encouraged parents to change their thinking of "respecting men and despising women", regardless of difficulties, crossing streams and going to each house to encourage parents to let their children go to class. With her ability, dedication, and passion for the profession, Ms. Bich has done what many generations of teachers here have not been able to do. The children come to class in large numbers, and the teacher also receives attention from parents. From a class with only 5-6 children, now there are 33 children, half of whom are female students, who are happy and eager to learn.
With Ms. Bich's efforts, the new program of the Education sector was quickly introduced into teaching at the retail block, Mai Son Kindergarten, contributing to promoting the movement of promoting learning in the remote border commune.
With her passion and responsibility in teaching, young teacher Cut Thi Bich has contributed to improving the quality of teaching and learning at preschool level, making a small contribution to the movement to encourage learning in Mai Son commune.
