The elementary school teacher is wholeheartedly dedicated to her students.

(Baonghean) - Loving her students, dedicated to her profession, always thoughtful about each lesson and every page of her lesson plan; teacher Phan Thi Quyen, from Quynh Hau Primary School (Quynh Luu district), is an exemplary teacher with many achievements in her career of educating children.

In 1996, after graduating from Nghe An Teacher Training College, Primary Education Department, with a good grade, teacher Phan Thi Quyen was hired to work at Quynh Hau Primary School. Overcoming initial difficulties, she strived, self-studied, and honed her professional skills, boldly applying modern, highly scientific teaching methods suitable to the psychology of students. Each of her lessons brought joy and enthusiasm to the children. "I always treat my students like my own children, especially those from disadvantaged families and those with potential but lacking the opportunity to develop, to help them progress and become good and excellent students," shared Ms. Phan Thi Quyen.

Her efforts and dedication have been richly rewarded. For many consecutive years, she was entrusted by the school's administration with organizing training for the 5th grade gifted student team and leading the school's high-quality class. Her students achieved impressive results in every competition; annually, the percentage of students achieving top honors at the provincial level consistently reached 80-100%. Many of them were top scorers and won first, second, and third prizes. In the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 school years, the district-level Children's Mathematics Olympiad team, coached by Ms. Quyen, won 4 first prizes, 5 second prizes, and 6 third prizes at the provincial level competition. Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Mai, Party Secretary and Principal of Quynh Hau Primary School, said: "Despite facing many difficulties in her family circumstances, Ms. Quyen has overcome them to successfully complete her duties and has made many contributions to the movement to improve the quality of teaching and learning, especially the movement to nurture gifted students."

Through her efforts and dedication, teacher Phan Thi Quyen has received numerous awards and accolades: she was a provincial-level outstanding worker for three consecutive years; in 2012, she was recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training as a "National-level Excellent Teacher"; she has achieved the title of "Excellent Teacher" at the provincial level three times and has been recognized as an excellent teacher and outstanding worker at the grassroots level for 13 consecutive years; she has twice achieved Level 4 provincial-level innovative teaching experience awards and many times achieved Level 3 district-level innovative teaching experience awards. She is also one of the three exemplary individuals in Quynh Luu district who received a commendation from the Provincial Party Committee for their achievements in implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo on continuing to "promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example."
