Vietnam flag unexpectedly appears at World Cup

Surprisingly and confusingly, a Vietnamese flag was flown during the match between France and Nigeria.

Vietnam did not compete in the 2014 World Cup, but in one way or another, we were still present in the battles in Brazil.
