Con Cuong trains on Land Law 2013

(Baonghean.vn) -Con Cuong district has just organized a training course on the Land Law passed by the National Assembly on November 29, 2013 and documents guiding the implementation of the Law for officials and civil servants working in state management of land in the district.

Overview of the training session.

Mr. Bui Sy Dung, Deputy Director of the Legal Policy Department, General Department of Land - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment attended the training course and directly disseminated the new contents and points of the 2013 Land Law. At the same time, he focused on issues directly related to the people such as granting land use rights certificates, compensation, clearance, resettlement and the responsibilities of leaders of People's Committees at all levels in land management.

The 2013 Land Law took effect from July 1, 2014. The Law consists of 14 chapters and 212 articles, an increase of 7 chapters and 66 articles compared to the 2003 Land Law. The Law has 9 basic innovations, which clearly and specifically stipulate the rights and responsibilities of the State as the representative of the entire people's ownership of land, unified State management of land and the rights and obligations of land users.

Through the training course, it contributes to raising awareness of legal policies and land management for civil servants in particular and the political system in general.
