(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 18, Mr. Bui Dinh Long, Director of Nghe An Department of Health, signed Decision No. 291/QD-SYT on accepting and recruiting civil servant Phan Thi Trang to work at Dien Chau District General Hospital.
The decision clearly states: Phan Thi Trang, born on October 27, 1988; professional qualification: College of Nursing, was recruited to work at Dien Chau District General Hospital as a college nurse from March 20, 2015. The internship period is 9 months from the date of employment.
Previously, on March 16, 2015, the Department of Health sent Official Letter No. 539/SYT-TCCB to the Department of Home Affairs regarding the job arrangement for the child of a martyr, Phan Thi Trang, "due to difficult family circumstances, she wants to apply for a job at a medical unit in Dien Chau district". Accordingly, the Department of Health requested the Department of Home Affairs to consider submitting to the Provincial People's Committee to change the structure of the remaining 5 unfilled doctor positions of Dien Chau District General Hospital into 4 doctors and 1 nursing college. At the same time, the Department of Health was allowed to recruit and arrange a job for Phan Thi Trang under the form of special recruitment.
On March 17, 2015, Nghe An Department of Home Affairs sent Document No. 292/TTr-SNV to the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee "on adjusting the recruitment structure of Dien Chau District General Hospital" according to the request in Official Dispatch No. 539/SYT-TCCB of the Department of Health sent to the Department of Home Affairs.
On March 17, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee signed document No. 1408/UBND-TH "on recruiting martyrs' children to work at public service units", sent to the Director of the Department of Home Affairs and the Director of the Department of Health, with the following content: Agreeing to adjust the recruitment structure of Dien Chau District General Hospital from 5 doctors to 4 doctors and 1 nursing college. At the same time, allowing the Department of Health to conduct a special recruitment process for Ms. Phan Thi Trang to work at Dien Chau District General Hospital to hold the position and title of nursing college.
On the afternoon of March 18, 2015, Nghe An Department of Health issued Decision No. 291/QD-SYT on the acceptance and recruitment of Phan Thi Trang to work at Dien Chau District General Hospital. Afterwards, Nghe An Department of Health sent Document No. 556/SYT-TCCB, reporting to the Ministry of Health "on the arrangement of employment for the daughter of martyr Phan Huy Son".
