Addicts buy drugs to sell for profit
(Baonghean.vn) - As a heavy drug addict, Tuong often buys heroin from other places to divide into small pieces and sell for profit.
On January 11, 2018, Anh Son District Police successfully broke up a drug case coded "127G" and arrested Nguyen Canh Tuong (born in 1983), residing in Bai Lim village, Phuc Son commune (Anh Son) for illegal possession of drugs.
Previously, the Anh Son district police received a report from the people. Accordingly, recently in Phuc Son commune, Nguyen Canh Tuong has been found to have purchased drugs such as heroin, crystal meth, pink phien, etc. to retail to addicts in Phuc Son commune and neighboring communes.

Faced with the above information, the leaders of Anh Son District Police promptly directed the reconnaissance force to focus on verifying and clarifying the modus operandi of Nguyen Canh Tuong and his accomplices. Through the initial verification and investigation, the reconnaissance force determined that Nguyen Canh Tuong was a long-term drug addict. Tuong did not have a stable job, was lazy and often injected drugs every day.
To have money to buy drugs for personal use, Tuong contacted contacts in other districts to buy drugs to retail to addicts in the area to make a profit.
On January 11, realizing that the time was ripe, the Task Force decided to crack the case, arresting Nguyen Canh Tuong for "Illegal possession of narcotics" while he was on his way to buy drugs in the area of village 1 Lang Son, Anh Son, bordering Tan Ky district.
The seized evidence was 1.5 grams of heroin.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Anh Son District is continuing to expand the case.
