Addict just released from prison continues to possess drugs

At 7:30 p.m. on March 29, at Muong Mun village, Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district, the anti-drug force of Hanh Dich Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard discovered and arrested Lo Van Huyen (born in 1981), residing in Dan 2 village, Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district, for illegally storing drugs.

At the scene, the unit's anti-drug and crime force seized evidence weighing 1.37 grams of white powder.
During the investigation, Huyen confessed that the white powder was heroin, which he bought from an unknown man in Muong Mun village, Muong Noc commune for use.
It is known that Lo Van Huyen is a drug addict and has a criminal record for illegal possession of drugs, having just completed a prison term of less than 2 years.
Currently, Hanh Dich Border Guard Station has decided to prosecute the case, complete the file, and hand over the subject and evidence to the authorities for further investigation and handling.
