Biological son stole more than 100 million VND from his father to spend.

On May 27, Dam Ha District Police, Quang Ninh Province announced that they had just arrested Chiu A Tai (born in 1996, residing in Thin Thu village, Quang An commune, Dam Ha district) to investigate the act of property theft.

Previously, at 1:30 p.m. on May 25, Chiu Chan Soi's house was robbed of more than 100 million VND. It is known that this amount of money was collected by households pooling money to buy cinnamon for trading.

As soon as he discovered the loss of money, Mr. Soi reported it to the police. Using professional measures, the Dam Ha District Police identified the suspect as Chiu A Tai - the victim's son.

At 4:00 p.m. the same day, Dam Ha District Police coordinated with Cua Ong Ward Police, Cam Pha City to arrest Tai.

At the investigation agency, Tai confessed to all his crimes. He said that he knew his father was keeping a large sum of money contributed by many households, so he stole it and spent it.

When arrested, the subject still had 81.3 million VND on him and Tai used the stolen money to buy an Iphone 7Plus.

Currently, Dam Ha District Police are continuing to collect and consolidate documents to handle the subject in accordance with the provisions of law.
