Hai Phong Police support Nghe An Police to overcome flood consequences

On behalf of the officers and soldiers of Hai Phong City Police, comrade Tran Dinh Vang shared the difficulties and losses that the people of Nghe An in general and the Nghe An Provincial Police in particular had to endure due to the storm and flood, and wished the Nghe An Police force to overcome the difficulties and successfully complete the 2013 work program. On this occasion, the delegation presented 70 million VND to the Nghe An Provincial Police to quickly overcome the consequences caused by storms No. 10 and 11.
