(Baonghean.vn) -On November 5, after arresting the perpetrator of the motorbike theft in Vinh Market area, Hung Nguyen District Police (Nghe An) completed the procedures to return the motorbike to Mr. Le Dinh Lai.

Previously, at about 5:30 p.m. on November 4, while on duty, the patrol team of Hung Nguyen District Police and Hung Loi Commune Police discovered a young man driving a red Wave Alpha motorbike with license plate 37Z2 - 8748, not wearing a helmet, showing suspicious signs. They immediately asked him to show his papers for inspection, but the subject abandoned the motorbike and ran away, but was later caught by the working team.



Mr. Le Dinh Lai received the motorbike back.

Through the investigation, the suspect revealed his name as Nguyen Quang Hoan (born in 1986), residing in Yen Giang block - Vinh Tan ward - Vinh city, who had just stolen a motorbike from the parking area in the basement of Vinh market and was on his way to sell it for money. It is known that Hoan has a previous conviction for illegal possession of narcotics and was released from prison in June 2012.

Upon verification, the motorbike belonged to Mr. Le Dinh Lai (born in 1976) in Lien Co block - Hung Binh ward, Vinh city. Immediately after that, Hung Nguyen district police quickly contacted Mr. Le Dinh Lai and completed the procedures to return it to the victim; at the same time, continued to investigate and clarify to prosecute Nguyen Quang Hoan for property theft.
