At 11:00 a.m. on December 10, the Drug Crime Investigation Police of the District Police coordinated with Linh Son Commune Police to arrest two subjects, Vuong Dong Tam (born in 1975) and Hoang Van Thong (born in 1976, both residing in Lang Son, Anh Son) while they were buying and selling 0.09g of heroin.

Next, at 8:30 p.m., the District Police coordinated with the Tuong Son Commune Police Department to catch three subjects using drugs at the house of Nguyen Van Tuan (born in 1991, in Hamlet 8, Tuong Son Commune) and two subjects: Nguyen Van Dung (born in 1992), Nguyen Van Que (1994, both in Hamlet 11, Tuong Son Commune). Evidence seized at the scene included a set of troughs, water bottles, a blowtorch used to use crystal meth and a package of crystal meth weighing 0.12 grams. After being discovered, the two subjects fled.

Currently, Anh Son District Police are continuing to investigate and complete the case file for handling according to regulations.
