Ky Son District Police announced the search for the owner of the vehicle that violated administrative regulations (2nd time)
Through patrolling and controlling traffic, Ky Son District Police are currently holding 122 motorbikes. The detention period has now passed and the violators have not come to resolve the issue. The following characteristics are present:
Pursuant to the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations, Decree No. 138/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government regulating the management and preservation of exhibits, means of administrative violations that are temporarily seized, confiscated, and licenses and practice certificates temporarily seized under administrative procedures. Ky Son District Police requested Departments C02, C08, C09 of the Ministry of Public Security, PC08, PC02, PC09 Departments of Public Security of provinces and centrally run cities, police of districts, cities, towns - Nghe An Provincial Police to review management records to detect vehicle owners; request Nghe An Police Newspaper, Ky Son District Radio and Television Station to post notices that whoever owns the above vehicles should contact Ky Son District Police for resolution.

Within 30 days from the date of announcement, if the owner, manager, or legal user cannot be identified, the above vehicles will be confiscated and turned over to the State budget according to regulations.
