Nam Dan police arrest child abuser

(Baonghean) -At 4:00 p.m. on July 1, Nam Dan District Police received a complaint from Ms. Thai Thi L (born in 1966, hamlet 2A, Nam Thanh commune, Nam Dan) about her daughter, born in 2003, being sexually abused by Mai Van Cuong (born in 1997, living in the same hamlet).

Nam Dan District Police investigated and clarified: at 6:30 a.m. on June 28, 2012, Cuong sexually assaulted Tr. in a field in Quy Chinh hamlet (Van Dien commune, Nam Dan).

Nam Dan district police arrested Cuong and transferred him to the provincial police for handling.
