Nghe An Police prepare for the 12th People's Police Mass Arts Festival in 2023

Taking place from May 11, 2023 to May 14, 2023, at the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House, this year's Region IV People's Public Security Mass Art Festival has 22 troupes from the Public Security of various units and localities participating. In particular, the public performance to serve the people will be held at Ho Chi Minh Square (expected on the evening of May 13, 2023).

This is one of the key political and cultural activities to practically celebrate the 75th anniversary of the day Uncle Ho stated the Six Teachings for the People's Public Security (March 11, 1948 - March 11, 2023); the 75th anniversary of the day President Ho Chi Minh issued the Call for Patriotic Emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2023).

The activity also contributes to promoting the glorious tradition of the heroic People's Public Security force through revolutionary stages, spreading the beautiful image of the People's Public Security soldier "bravery, humanity for the people's service". This is also an opportunity for officers and soldiers of the units to exchange experiences in organizing cultural and artistic activities, expanding cultural exchanges between regions, between emulation blocs in the Public Security nationwide and in the region.

The opening ceremony of the 12th People's Public Security Mass Art Festival, 2023 - Region IV, is scheduled for the evening of May 11, 2023 with delegates attending including leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Nghe An province, representatives of the Public Security leaders of the provinces and cities: Da Nang, Can Tho, Phu Tho (host units of the Festival Regions I, II, III), representatives of the leaders of the Professional Departments, the Board of Directors of the People's Public Security School and the Board of Directors along with officers, soldiers, actors of 22 mass art troupes.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police said: As soon as the Ministry of Public Security assigned the organization of the 12th People's Public Security Mass Art Festival in 2023 - Region IV, Nghe An Provincial Police urgently deployed preparations for the Festival. In addition to preparing the stage, sound, lighting, etc., Nghe An Police assigned units to support the delegations participating in the Festival, survey and make a list of convenient resting places for members of the Organizing Committee, the Jury and delegates, officers and soldiers of the art troupes. At the same time, coordinate with units to conduct surveys and prepare for the opening night at Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City).

Currently, all preparations have been carefully carried out by Nghe An Provincial Police, creating the best conditions for the 12th People's Public Security Mass Art Festival, Cluster IV to take place successfully.
