This is data from the 1-year summary report of Nghe An province on the implementation of Directive No. 31/CT-TTg dated December 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister on "Strengthening the work of ensuring traffic order and safety for school-age children in the new situation".

According to the report, Nghe An currently has 1,469 schools under the management of the provincial Department of Education and Training. In recent times, the situation of students violating traffic safety is still complicated. Many students at junior high and high school levels continue to use electric motorbikes, motorbikes, and motorcycles when they are not old enough, do not wear helmets, drive side by side, speed, run red lights, use phones while driving... In particular, students driving without a driver's license is quite common, increasing the risk of traffic accidents.
