Nghe An Police: Preliminary review of the implementation of Plan 212
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, January 4, Nghe An Police organized a preliminary review of the implementation of Plan 212 of the provincial Police leaders on ensuring security and order during Christmas, New Year 2013 and the Lunar New Year of Quy Ty.
Immediately after being reorganized, the Steering Committee deployed working groups to innovate patrol and control methods, promote a sense of responsibility, coordinate smoothly, and be determined in inspection and handling; officers and soldiers strictly comply with the People's Public Security regulations, maintain the correct posture, style, and attitude when dealing with violators.
After 10 days of implementing the plan, the working groups organized 23 patrol shifts, with 636 officers and soldiers participating; inspected and recorded 709 schools violating traffic safety with a total of 1,396 violations; temporarily detained 239 motorbikes; wrote notices of 15 cases of students violating and sent them to the Department of Education and Training, and school principals for coordination in education. In addition, through patrol and control work, 7 cases were discovered, 4 subjects were temporarily detained, 06 motorbikes, 04 swords, 1 knife, 1 machete, 02 fake motorbike registration papers, 4 fake license plates.
At the conference, Colonel Lu Van Tuong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the special task force 212 and requested that in the coming time, the teams increase patrols and controls to ensure that people enjoy the New Year of Quy Ty.
Also at the ceremony, working groups and individuals with outstanding achievements received certificates of merit and rewards from the Provincial Police Department's leaders.
