Soldiers ready to go on duty
In this storm response mission, Nghe An Police has deployed 268 officers and soldiers from the provincial police departments to Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu districts and Cua Lo town. These are vulnerable areas when the storm passes. The provincial police have also prepared food, provisions, vehicles, equipment and essential tools to serve flood prevention work.
The Provincial Police Medical Station has arranged medical staff to prepare vehicles and medicines to participate in disease prevention, medical examination and treatment for officers, soldiers and people when requested. The Waterway Police, Road and Railway Traffic Police units have deployed forces to coordinate with the Police of districts with river routes, inspect and guide traffic on inland waterways; strengthen inspection, proactively use all types of vehicles to clear obstacles causing traffic jams (if any).
At the same time of deploying troops, the provincial police departments, district and urban police strictly maintained 100% of their personnel on duty, ensuring constant combat readiness in all situations./.
