The subject named Pham Anh Toan, born in 1998, residing in Hamlet 4, Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province, was transporting 5kg of firecrackers for sale, including mortars - 36 and US firecrackers. After arresting the subject, the police force conducted a search at the house and discovered an additional 2.2kg of homemade firecrackers made from sulfur, salt, coal and waste paper to wrap firecrackers... Through investigation, the subject confessed that he learned to make homemade firecrackers from the internet, and that the mortars and US were purchased and were on their way to sale when he was arrested. Currently, Nghi Loc Police are continuing to investigate and handle the subject according to the law.
