Provincial Police: Deploying tasks to ensure traffic order and safety during Lunar New Year
(Baonghean.vn) -On December 17, Nghe An Provincial Police held a conference to deploy a peak period to ensure traffic order and safety during the 2013 Lunar New Year.

Nghe An Police directed units to continue to effectively implement solutions to ensure traffic safety according to Resolution 88 of the Government; Directive No. 18 on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in ensuring traffic safety on roads, railways, inland waterways and overcoming traffic congestion"; plans and directives of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Police on ensuring traffic safety.
Accordingly, the police of all units and localities mobilized maximum forces, technical equipment and vehicles to synchronously and drastically deploy working measures to help control and reduce traffic accidents, limit and promptly resolve traffic jams; prevent illegal gatherings and racing; effectively combat all types of crimes and violations of the law on traffic routes, ensuring people's convenient and safe travel during Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year and other festivals in early 2013.
From December 17 to 25, 2012, Nghe An Police conducted training on patrolling, controlling and handling violations in the field of road traffic for Police units throughout the province.
