Coordinate with traffic management units, wards and communes to inspect and strictly handle encroachment on roads and sidewalks for trading, market meetings, and parking in the wrong place causing traffic obstruction. In addition, continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of laws on traffic safety and order, focusing on road traffic rules to further raise people's awareness of voluntary compliance.
