According to the records, the Exciter motorbike belonged to Mr. Truong Huu Duong, born in 1986, residing in Thach Ha - Ha Tinh, which had been stolen since 2011. After completing the records, on June 2, the Vinh city police administrative management team for social order returned the 02 stolen motorbikes to the victims.
