Vinh City Police: Punished 19 students for violating traffic safety order
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 9, Vinh City Traffic Police issued tickets to 19 high school students for violating traffic safety and temporarily seized 12 motorbikes.
The students are: Le Thi Thu Ha (class 11A4, Nguyen Trai High School); Nguyen Van Oanh (born 1992), Nguyen Quoc Huy (1992), Dang Danh Duc (1992), Nguyen Van Lanh (1988), Nguyen Van Chau (1989), Tran Quoc Hieu (1992), Pham Van Cuong (1992), Nguyen Van Khoa (1993) studying at Vietnam - Korea College; Nguyen Dinh Hoa (1987), Nguyen Van Hong (1990), Nguyen Manh Tien (1991), Nguyen Xuan Chau... studying at Viet Anh Secondary School. The violations are: driving a motorbike without a driver's license, not wearing a helmet, carrying more people than the prescribed number, in one case like Le Thi Thu Ha carrying up to 4 people and all 4 were not wearing helmets.

Vinh City Police have drawn up a record of fines and temporarily detained the violating vehicles. They will also send notices to schools of students who violate traffic safety regulations so that the schools can take appropriate disciplinary action.
