It is known that Mr. D. is the son-in-law of the current Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee, Phung Quang Hung.Mr. D. was summoned to work from March 26 to 27. Previously, on March 19, the son-in-law of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province was also summoned by the police to work.
In the murder case that occurred on the night of March 14 and early morning of March 15, the victim Nguyen Tuan Anh (27 years old, residing in Hoi Hop Ward, Vinh Yen City) was chased and killed by a group of young men.On the morning of March 17, people discovered Nguyen Tuan Anh's body in a sewer in Hoi Hop Ward.During the investigation, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Department prosecuted 6 suspects for murder.The above-mentioned defendants are employees of the company where Mr. D. is the director. When the incident occurred, the defendants ran into Mr. D.'s house nearby to get weapons to kill the victim Tuan Anh.
