Police investigate case of man whose arm was severed
A surveillance camera at a house in Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) recorded Mr. M being slashed by 4 people. As a result, the victim had his right arm severed.
On the afternoon of April 4, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, a leader of Hoai Duc district police said that the unit is investigating the case of a mansevered armin La Phu commune on the evening of April 3.
According to initial information, on the evening of April 3, in Doc Lap village, La Phu commune, a group of about 4 people carrying weapons came to fight with Mr. NHM (40 years old) - a resident of the village.

At that time, a surveillance camera at a resident’s house recorded the scene of a man being repeatedly slashed with knives by 4 people. The victim then had his right arm severed. Immediately after the incident, the victim’s family took him to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Confirming the above case, Mr. Nguyen Huu Khoa - Chairman of La Phu Commune People's Committee said: "Immediately after receiving the information, the local authorities arrived, blocked off the scene, and informed the Hoai Duc District Police. Upon receiving the information, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoai Duc District Police arrived at the scene to investigate, clarify, and arrest the perpetrator."
