Announcing 10 Vietnamese records in intellectual property 2013
On the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day, April 26, the Vietnam Record Organization, with the support of the Department of Intellectual Property - Ministry of Science and Technology and the Department of Copyright - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, announced 10 Vietnamese records in the field of intellectual property for the second time in 2013.
On the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day, April 26, the Vietnam Record Organization, with the support of the Department of Intellectual Property - Ministry of Science and Technology and the Department of Copyright - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, announced 10 Vietnamese records in the field of intellectual property for the second time in 2013.
Each year World Intellectual Property Day has a theme revolving around creativity and innovation. The theme for World Intellectual Property Day 2013 is “Creativity – The next generation”.

The newly announced records aim to honor the values of intellectual property created by Vietnamese organizations and individuals as well as promote the role of intellectual property, encouraging organizations and individuals to increase creative and innovative activities.
These 10 records include:
1. The organization with the most copyright registration certificates in Vietnam – Vietnam Education Publishing Company Limited.
2. Individual granted the most copyright registration certificates (breaking Vietnam record) – Mr. Bui Van Ngo.
3. The poem “At the two ends of nostalgia” has the highest copyright price in Vietnam – Phu Nhuan Service Joint Stock Company (Maseco).
4. The publishing joint unit that wins the most copyright infringement lawsuits in Vietnam – Tri Viet Creative Flower Company Limited (First News).
5. Vietnamese individual submits many applications for Most Useful Solution in Vietnam – Mr. Lam Tan Loi.
6. The university that submits the most patent and utility solution applications in Vietnam – Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
7. The research institute that files the most patent and utility solution applications in Vietnam – Rubber Research Institute of Vietnam (RRIV).
8. The first Vietnamese individual to register an international patent through the PCT system – Mr. Huynh Cong Nhan.
9. The first monk to be granted a patent in Vietnam – Venerable Thich Hue Dang (Secular name: Nguyen Van Sau).
10. The inventor has many inventions applied to the rice development process - Dr. Le Van Tri./.
