Announcing the 100 best places to work in Vietnam
In which, Vinamilk ranks first in terms of salary, bonus, benefits and leadership team.
On the morning of February 14, in Ho Chi Minh City, Anphabe and Nielsen - a leading multinational company specializing in measuring and evaluating information in the fields of Marketing and consumer behavior, announced the results of the survey "100 best places to work in Vietnam".
The survey was conducted completely independently, with a rigorous process from in-depth interviews, group surveys with 20 HR experts and 8 talent groups to build the first set of professional standards to evaluate Employer Brand in Vietnam.
The set of standards includes 46 factors revolving around 6 main criteria: salary, bonus, benefits; development opportunities; culture and values; leadership team; quality of work and quality of life; company reputation.

After developing the set of standards, Anphabe applied it to conduct a large-scale survey conducted online from October 2013, with 9,032 people from more than 1,000 companies participating.
Accordingly, the survey results of the 100 best workplaces in Vietnam are divided into 3 categories. The top 100 companies voted as the Best Workplaces in Vietnam in all 25 industries, led by Unilever, P&G, Vinamilk, Nestle, IBM, HSBC, Vietcombank, Microsoft... The top companies voted as the Best Workplaces in Vietnam in each industry are HSBC leading the banking and financial services industry; Microsoft in the software technology industry, Unilever in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, Samsung in the electronics, electricity, electrical equipment industry...
Among the 6 awards for companies with the Best Employer Brand according to 6 groups of criteria, Vinamilk ranked first in the criteria of salary, bonus, benefits and leadership team.
Unilever was voted the best place to grow and the best company reputation. In terms of culture and values, quality of work and life, Nestle and Microsoft were ranked the best.

From the survey results, Anphabe also provided in-depth analysis of 10 new trends in career motivation of current employees and honored 100 companies voted as the Best Workplaces in Vietnam./.
