Announcing 39 new Vietnamese records at the Record Holders Reunion
On the evening of November 22, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Record Organization organized the 29th Vietnam Record Holders Reunion and the 1st Vietnam Attractive Destination Promotion Journey - 2014.
At the Reunion Night, the World Records University awarded degrees to 7 honorary doctors. Among them were 2 Vietnamese Record holders: Musician Vu Dinh An with the topic "The Tale of Kieu Choir and Luc Van Tien Choir with the longest performance duration" and Mr. Duong Duy Lam Vien, Executive Director of the Vietnam Records Organization with the topic of Creating 25 copyrights on the Journey to promote Vietnamese values to the world.

The Asia Record Organization also announced and awarded 4 Asian Record certificates to record holders and record owners, including the largest Buddhist flag made of sticky rice (Binh Tay Food Joint Stock Company), the oldest person to conquer Fansifan peak 4 times (Mr. Huynh Van Rang), the largest collection of stamps of different shapes and materials in Vietnam (Mr. Han Tan Quang), and the largest Bodhidharma statue made of burl wood (Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa).
The Vietnam Record Organization has announced and awarded certificates to the destinations recognized as among the top most attractive destinations in Vietnam for the first time in 2014.
These include the Top 10 most attractive spiritual tourist destinations; Top 10 most attractive sea tourist attractions; Top 5 mysterious caves in Vietnam; Top 5 ancient Temples of Literature marking the long-standing education system in Vietnam; Top 10 most attractive Vietnamese Museums.
The 29th Record Holders Meeting also announced 39 new Vietnamese records.
These include records such as: "The Beauty of Saigon - Famous People of Vietnam" - the documentary film recreating the life and career of famous people of Vietnam with the most episodes (TFS Television Studio); Publishing house with the largest number of published books and copies of books distributed (Vietnam Education Publishing House); The largest group singing the Vietnamese National Anthem on the top of Fansipan (FPT University); The person with the most research works, collection of files and documents on the sovereignty of Vietnam's Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos to translate into English (Mr. Trinh Ba Dung).
