The logo is a harmonious combination of the symbol of the Vietnam Trade Union, the image of a pink lotus and the phrase "19th Congress - Nghe An Trade Union". In which, the image is placed above with a vertical symmetrical layout. The text is placed below.

The pink lotus is a flower that symbolizes the beauty of character, spirit and spirit of the people of Nghe An. It is a flower that combines both ordinary and noble elements, with a simple and elegant beauty. The lotus petals embrace each other in a rising position, showing strength, solidarity, and continuing the belief in the creative aspirations and dedication of union members and workers.

The pink lotus flower embracing the union badge in the center symbolizes the core, the pistil of the lotus flower, the compass for all actions of the Nghe An Trade Union.
