The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Decision No. 217/QD-BVHTTDL on the announcement of the List of national intangible cultural heritage.

Accordingly, the 11 national intangible cultural heritages recognized this time include:
1. Khuong limit of Thai people, Nghia Lo town, Yen Bai province
2. The worship of Mother Au Co, Mother Au Co temple, Hien Luong commune, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province
3. Tich Dien Festival, Doi Son Commune, Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province
4. Tran Thuong Temple Festival, Nhan Dao Commune, Ly Nhan District, Ha Nam Province
5. Lieu Doi Wrestling Festival, Liem Tuc Commune, Thanh Liem District, Ha Nam Province
6. Bo Da Festival, Tien Son Commune, Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province
7. Keo Pagoda Festival, Duy Nhat Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province
8. Duom Temple Festival, Dong Dat Commune, Phu Luong District, Thai Nguyen Province
9. Festival of Ha Temple, Thuong Temple, Y La Temple, Tuyen Quang city, Tuyen Quang province
10. Knowledge and techniques of writing on Buong leaves of Khmer people, Tri Ton district, Tinh Bien district, An Giang province
11. Phu Le Singing, Phu Le Commune, Ba Tri District, Ben Tre Province
The 11 new intangible cultural heritages added to the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List this time belong to 4 categories: Traditional festivals; Social customs and beliefs; Folk performing arts, and Folk knowledge.
The Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels where intangible cultural heritages are included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritages this time, within the scope of their duties and powers, shall carry out state management of intangible cultural heritages in the List in accordance with the provisions of the law on cultural heritage.
