Announcement of "reproductive and respiratory syndrome" epidemic in pigs
On March 8, 2013, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong signed Decision No. 777/QD-UBND. The content of the Decision is as follows:
Article 1:Announcement of "reproductive and respiratory syndrome" epidemic in pigs in Phu Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.
Article 2:Assign the Chairman of Yen Thanh District People's Committee and the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to direct the People's Committee of Phu Thanh Commune, the Veterinary Department and relevant departments and branches to handle the number of sick livestock in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; at the same time, strictly implement the contents of the Veterinary Ordinance when an epidemic is announced and the documents of the Provincial People's Committee on livestock disease prevention and control.
Article 3:This Decision comes into force from the date of signing.
The Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Thanh commune, Head of the Veterinary Department and heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this decision.
