Announcement of ticket prices to watch U23 Vietnam in the 2026 U23 Asian qualifiers
The Vietnam U23 team under the leadership of coach Kim Sang-sik will start the campaign at the 2026 AFC U23 Championship Qualifiers in September, aiming for a new miracle after the 2018 Changzhou team.
The 2026 AFC U23 Championship qualifiers feature 44 teams, divided into 11 groups. The 11 group winners and four best runners-up, along with hosts Saudi Arabia, will qualify for the 2026 finals.

In Group C, U23 Vietnam will meet U23 Bangladesh (September 3), U23 Singapore (September 6) and U23 Yemen (September 9) at Viet Tri Stadium (Phu Tho). The team will gather after round 3 of V-League 2025/26 ends on August 29, with only about 4 days to prepare for the tournament.
On the morning of August 24, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) announced ticket prices for the three matches of U23 Vietnam in Group C. Tickets come in three denominations: 100,000 VND, 200,000 VND and 300,000 VND, and are sold in two forms: online and in person.
For online tickets, fans can buy tickets on the ONEU app from 9am on August 25 until the day before the match or until tickets are sold out. Tickets will be delivered to their hands from August 28 via post. For in-person tickets, fans can buy tickets at the counter at the gate of Viet Tri Stadium according to the schedule announced later.
Vietnam U23 has just successfully defended the championship title of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship in Indonesia. This achievement is considered an important stepping stone for coach Kim Sang-sik and his team to aim for the goal at the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand later this year.

Donnarumma reaches agreement to join Man City
The Italian goalkeeper has agreed personal terms with Pep Guardiola's side, including the length of his contract and his salary. The only remaining issue is the transfer fee.
PSG initially valued Donnarumma at around €50m, but Man City are negotiating to lower that figure. The deal is expected to close for a slightly lower fee, but still higher than the €32m the Citizens spent to buy James Trafford from Burnley earlier this summer.

In Paris, Donnarumma left his mark after three seasons, but also experienced many controversies about his performance. The decision to leave the Parc des Princes opens a new chapter for the 26-year-old goalkeeper, who is expected to inherit the number one goalkeeper position from Ederson at the Etihad.
The deal will only be completed when Ederson officially leaves Man City. The 32-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper, a mainstay since 2017 and a winner of numerous trophies with Guardiola, will move to Türkiye to play for Galatasaray. This move marks the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter in the goal of the "blue half of Manchester".
As the summer transfer market enters its final days, this is considered one of the most sensational deals, promising to end with a shocking "double transfer" between Ederson and Donnarumma.
Ferran Torres affirms his position as Barcelona's number 1 striker
With a brace after two rounds of La Liga, the Spanish striker temporarily leads the scoring list, while making the competition for the No. 9 position at Camp Nou hotter than ever.
In the match against Levante in the early morning of August 24, the "Shark" not only scored but also showed his sharp goal-scoring instinct, despite missing a golden opportunity with a shot that went over the bar. Before that, he also scored against Mallorca, bringing his total score at the beginning of the season to 2 goals.

“I always believed that I could be important for this team. When I was given the opportunity, I had to make the most of it. The competition in the team is fierce, but that's a good thing,” Ferran shared after the match.
Torres' explosive form comes at a time when Barcelona need answers about the future of their attack. Robert Lewandowski has just returned from injury against Levante, but this will likely be his last season at the club if his contract is not renewed.
According to Sports Director Deco, Barca does not need to rush to recruit a new striker because Ferran is capable of taking on this role, while Dani Olmo can be a "false 9" option when needed.
Lewandowski's return certainly increases the competitive pressure, but at the moment it is difficult to imagine Ferran Torres sitting on the bench for the away match against Rayo Vallecano. The "Shark" is showing that he is the future of Barcelona's attack.
Comparing the effectiveness of Ronaldo and Messi in the finals
In the Saudi Super Cup match against Al Ahli in Hong Kong on the evening of August 23, Ronaldo scored a goal, bringing his total number of goals in finals to 25 after 40 appearances. However, this effort was not enough to help Al Nassr win the title.
In general statistics, Ronaldo is still behind Messi - his biggest rival in his career. Lionel Messi currently holds the record of 35 goals after 49 finals, including the opening goal for Inter Miami in the 2023 Leagues Cup final against Nashville SC, contributing to the first major title for the American club. In between the two superstars is the legendary Pele with 31 goals in finals.

Since joining Al Nassr, Ronaldo has scored in three finals. Notably, he scored twice in the final of the 2023 Arab Club Champions Cup (unofficial title) to help Al Nassr win the title. In addition, CR7 also scored in two matches for the Saudi Super Cup, but could not help the team win.
In terms of efficiency, Messi has played in 43 finals (50 if you count the two-legged format), winning 31 and losing just 12 – an outstanding ratio. Meanwhile, Ronaldo has played in 37 finals, won 25 titles and finished second 12 times.
Ronaldo's last international triumph was with Portugal in the Nations League, when they beat Spain on penalties. His last club trophy came in 2021, when Juventus beat Atalanta 2-1 in the Coppa Italia final.
