3. Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien, received 88,455 votes, reaching 75.58% of valid votes
4. Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong received 78,676 votes, reaching 67.22% of valid votes.
At constituency number 02:
1. Mr. Ho Phuc Hop received 84,392 votes, reaching 84.38% of valid votes.
2. Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khoi received 81,744 votes, reaching 81.74% of valid votes.
