Announcement of detailed planning for construction of VSIP Nghe An urban industrial and service park
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 20, the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board coordinated with the Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited to announce the detailed construction planning project at a scale of 1/2000 of VSIP Nghe An industrial, urban and service park in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district.
The location of VSIP industrial, urban and service park includes the entire planning area within the administrative boundaries of 4 communes: Hung Dao, Hung Tay, Hung Nguyen Town - Hung Nguyen District and Hung Chinh Commune - Vinh City. The investor is Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited. The total area of the area is 750 hectares, of which the industrial park area is 374.93 hectares; the urban and service area is 375.07 hectares.
This is a mixed industrial and service park, focusing on developing light and clean industries: food processing, consumer goods production, electronics, automobile assembly, construction materials and other supporting industries. The VSIP Nghe An urban and service industrial park construction project aims to form an industrial production area with synchronous, highly efficient and sustainable infrastructure; promote the advantages of the area, attract domestic and foreign investment; concretize the adjustment of the boundary of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone until 2020 approved by the Prime Minister.
