Announcing the planning of Anh Son urban area project

(Baonghean.vn) - On June 3, Anh Son district held a ceremony to announce the Decision approving the adjustment of the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 of the Anh Son urban area project.

Anh Son urban area project is planned with a total area of ​​80,522 m2, in Hoc Bong area, village 3, Thach Son commune and block 6A, Anh Son town; the North borders the residential area and rice fields of Thach Son commune; the South borders the residential area of ​​Anh Son town, National Highway 7; the East borders the rice fields of Thach Son commune; the West borders the 36m planned road.

Planning perspective

The project is invested by Song Lam Sugar Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of 135 billion VND, and will be implemented in 18 months. The functional nature is a low-rise residential area invested in and completely built to ensure the best living conditions for residents in the area. The expected population size is 1,000 to 1,200 people.

Regarding the planning structure and organization of landscape architecture space, including: Land for housing construction is arranged around the main roads and internal planning, total land area of ​​37,294.91 m2, total of 258 adjacent lots, area of ​​each lot from 80 m2 to 305.5 m2, construction density 70-80%, 3 floors high.

Anh Son urban area was built and put into operation not only to help people access convenient and modern services but also to contribute to promoting local economic development and improving living conditions for people.
