Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, along with comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, key leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors, and leaders of Quy Hop district attended.

According to the assignment decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Comrade Cao Thanh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Hop District holds the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of Quy Hop, term 2010-2015 from August 8, 2012; Comrade Bui Thanh An ceased to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and was appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee of Quy Hop for the term 2010-2015, transferred to the People's Committee of Quy Hop District from August 9, 2012, oriented to introduce to the People's Council to elect to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Hop District for the term 2011-2016.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Phan Dinh Trac presented the decision, assigned tasks and congratulated the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee and hoped that comrades Cao Thanh Long and Bui Thanh An would uphold their sense of responsibility to develop Quy Hop in all aspects, soon becoming an industrial district in the near future.
