Announcing the decision to transfer and appoint new personnel in localities

* On March 2, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Hong Son - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to hold the position of Head of the Organization Department of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking on accepting the new assignment, the Head of the Organization Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee promised to continuously strive to study, research, and quickly grasp the new assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, born in 1964; has held the following positions: Deputy Head of the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, Chairman and then Secretary of Chi Linh Town, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.

* Also on the morning of March 2, Ha Tinh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Ministry of Public Security on personnel work and judicial titles of the Head of the Investigation Police Agency and the Head of the Investigation Security Agency of the Provincial Police.

Accordingly, the Minister of Public Security decided to appoint the following positions: Head of the Investigation Police Agency for Colonel Nguyen Thanh Liem, Head of the Investigation Security Agency for Colonel Dang Hoai Son and dismiss the position of Head of the Investigation Security Agency for Colonel Nguyen Tien Nam.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Police unanimously assigned Colonel Nguyen Thanh Liem - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police in charge of staff work on force building and logistics to take charge of the Investigation Police sector; Colonel Dang Hoai Son - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police in charge of the Investigation Police sector to take charge of the Security sector; Colonel Nguyen Tien Nam - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police in charge of the Security sector to take charge of the Staff, force building and logistics sector.

* On the morning of March 2, in Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, the Supreme People's Procuracy announced and awarded the decision to appoint the Chief Prosecutor of Ninh Thuan Province.

Pursuant to Decision No. 12/QD-VKSNDTC, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy appointed Mr. Pham Thu, Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Justice in charge of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Procuracy, to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Procuracy.

* In Ha Giang, on the morning of March 2, the Provincial Party Committee organized the implementation of personnel work in the locality. Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Trung Tai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Organization and Internal Affairs Committee, ceased participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises, and ceased holding the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises from March 1, 2020.

Mr. Tran Manh Loi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Giang City ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and held the position of Secretary of the Ha Giang City Party Committee to be transferred to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission from March 1, 2020.

Mr. Hau Minh Loi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, ceased to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, and was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Ha Giang City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Giang City Party Committee, term 2015-2020 from March 1, 2020.

Mr. Truong Van Thang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department ceased to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises and hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises from March 1, 2020.

Mr. Do Van Hung - Deputy Chief of Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies - People's Council - People's Committee of the province ceased to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies - People's Council - People's Committee of the province to be transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee from March 1, 2020.

* On the same morning, the People's Committee of Lang Son province decided to appoint Mr. Duong Cong Hiep - Deputy Head of the Citizen Reception Committee under the Provincial People's Committee Office to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Head of the Citizen Reception Committee.
