Long Hoa Pagoda is an ancient pagoda, built in the late 14th century, more than 600 years ago, with an area of ​​10,000 m2 in Hamlet 8, Hung Long Commune. However, through the ups and downs of history and the devastation of war, the pagoda was damaged, degraded and lost some valuable artifacts. Currently, the pagoda only has the foundation and objects as evidence of an ancient pagoda.

To meet the spiritual and religious needs of monks and nuns,near and farTo restore the original value of Long Hoa Pagoda, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 738/QD-UBND-NC dated13/2/2015on the approval of the restoration of Long Hoa Buddhist temple.
