The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Party Committees was established under Decision No. 3257-QD/TĐTN-TCKT dated February 28, 2025 of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee.

This is a district-level Youth Union organization under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province, consisting of 6 affiliated youth unions with 150 members. The affiliated youth unions include: Youth Union of the Provincial Party Committee, Youth Union of the Provincial Youth Union, Youth Union of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Party Agencies, Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper, Youth Union of the Provincial People's Court, Youth Union of the Provincial People's Procuracy.

Speaking at the conference, comrades representing the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies emphasized many important contents.
