Performance of the play 'Words of the People, Words of the Country'

Attending the performance were comrade Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Culture & Sports; representative of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies. A large number of local people came to enjoy the play.

The play received an award from the Central Steering Committee and won the Outstanding Work award "Movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example" in 2009.

“His words, the words of the country” is set when Uncle Ho became the President. The play depicts in the most realistic and convincing way the Father of the nation, who always devoted himself to the country and the people.

“His words, the words of the country” helped the audience feel the portrait of the beloved Father through sweet folk melodies. It was the portrait of a simple leader, deeply attached to his homeland, with memories of his difficult childhood. He remembered every banyan tree, every road, every alley and was so moved when he met his sister again, confiding his feelings when he had not yet fulfilled his filial piety to his parents.

It is also the image of the beloved leader, always worried about the South living under bombs and bullets, through the story of Uncle Ho meeting the Heroes of the Southern Armed Forces. It is especially touching when the play recreates the days when Uncle Ho was about to leave, writing his will while still being optimistic in his belief that the country would be unified.

Although many people know, have heard, and know the story of Uncle Ho, through the language of art, the artists tell it in their own way. The play “His Words, the Words of the Country” has brought the audience their own feelings, emotional, attractive and convincing.
