The working trip aims to monitor the implementation of laws on labor and wages, grasp labor relations, promptly support conflict resolution, and at the same time strengthen coordination between unions and businesses to take care of workers during the New Year and Lunar New Year 2023.

Accordingly,Provincial Federation of Laborworked with business leaders and the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union at two FDI enterprises with a large number of workers, Frescol Tuna Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Nam Cam Industrial Park) and VietGlory Limited Liability Company (Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau District). These are also two enterprises that have experienced collective work stoppages after the Lunar New Year in 2022.

Previously, implementing Document No. 10225/UBND-VX dated December 23, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Labor Federation also sent an official dispatch to the Trade Unions of districts, cities, towns and branches on strengthening the work of supporting and supervising the implementation of laws on labor, wages, and labor relations in enterprises during the New Year andLunar New YearYear of the Cat 2023.
