Specifically, on the occasion of the dialogue between workers and leaders of the district People's Committee, Nghi Loc District Labor Federation distributed to 1,000 union members participating in the "Zero-VND Booth" vouchers to choose to buy essential goods, each voucher worth 100,000 VND. The impressive thing is that all the diverse and rich products of the booth were mobilized from socialized sources.

Sharing about this idea, the Chairman of the Nghi Loc District Labor Federation said: “Instead of using union resources, we proactively requested the participation of local businesses to increase the scale and spread. Initially, when we learned that the beneficiaries of the booth included workers from other companies, the businesses were very hesitant. However, after we convinced them about rotating the organization of this event between units, the businesses became more open. Workers participating in the event were also very excited because they were proactive in choosing the right items according to their needs and buying goods with many incentives.”

Along with the new and creative program "Thank you to workers" at Hitex Limited Liability Company, the Town Labor Federation coordinated with Thai Hoa Town Youth Union to organize a series of activities for union members and workers, extremely exciting and meaningful.

Here, technicians from Honda Truong Thang Trading and Service Company Limited provided free training on traffic safety, safe driving skills and motorcycle oil changes for workers. In addition, workers also participated in answering questions about traffic safety with prizes worth up to 4 million VND, were lucky enough to win 100 gifts from the "0 VND booth", received refreshments from the "Summer Cooling" program, and were able to buy discounted products at "Subsidized booths" organized by businesses, grassroots unions and youth unions in the area.
