Nghe An Trade Union strives to fulfill its goals and tasks to the highest level.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 26, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to review the first 6 months of 2022 and deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of the year. The conference took place in an exciting atmosphere towards the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2022).

The conference summarized the results achieved in the first 6 months of 2022. Accordingly, this year, trade union communication work was strengthened; during Workers' Month, many units had new and creative ways of doing things such as "Zero-dong booth", "Thank you to workers", the forum "Enterprises for workers - Workers for enterprises". The program "1 million initiatives" to strive, overcome difficulties, and defeat the Covid-19 pandemic has exceeded the target of phase 1, promoting the spirit of enthusiasm for work and creativity inworkers, civil servants, laborers,contributing to the successful implementation of the dual goal of both preventing and fighting the epidemic and restoring and developing the country's economy.
According to Decision No. 4074/QD-TLĐ dated January 18, 2022 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Nghe An Provincial Confederation of Labor was assigned to implement 15 key targets and tasks in 2022. Results: By June 30, 03 targets were exceeded, 02 targets were completed (100%), 10 targets are being continued to be implemented and by the end of 2022, the assigned targets will be completed.
In general,Nghe An Trade Unioncontinued to concretize the action program to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo, urgently deployed preparations for the Congress of Trade Unions at all levels and the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, achieved a number of high annual targets, continued to consolidate and enhance the position of Nghe An Trade Union.
Based on the regular tasks for 2022 set out at the beginning of the year and the assigned targets for 2022, Nghe An Trade Union has pointed out key contents for the last 6 months of the year, continuing to focus on implementing the 2022 working theme "Caring for jobs and lives of workers; striving to achieve the highest goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 12th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union".

On this occasion,Trade unions of districts and sectors have had many presentations sharing their experiences in activities related to some important contents such as: Strike resolution, propaganda work, care for workers, peer financial inspection...
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor to 5 collectives for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor, building a strong Trade Union organization in the 2021-2022 school year and Commemorative Medals to trade union officials who have made many contributions to the organization.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - Comrade Kha Van Tam highly appreciated the quality of the conference, and emphasized: In the last 6 months of the year, trade unions at all levels need to continue to grasp the situation, thoughts of union members and workers, proactively review the annual and term targets. At the same time, it is necessary to closely follow and implement the contents of Resolution 02, focus on implementing the contents related to the plan of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the 2023-2028 term, continue to pay attention to the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions. In addition, trade unions at all levels need to pay attention to digital transformation in trade union activities, self-improvement, and daily improvement...

Earlier, on the same morning, on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 75th anniversary of theWar invalids and martyrs(July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022), the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation organized an incense offering ceremony for President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site and offered incense to heroic martyrs at the Nghe Tinh Soviet Square (Hung Nguyen).
