Provincial Party Committee Office Trade Union organizes Congress for term 2023-2028

Attending the congress were comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee and all members of the Provincial Party Committee Office Trade Union.

At the Congress, delegates listened to the Summary Report of the 2017-2022 term; directions and main tasks for the 2023-2028 term; Review Report of the Executive Committee for the 2017-2022 term; Summary Report on comments on the draft report of the 5th Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union Congress and discussions to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities.

During the 2017 - 2022 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Trade Union organized an emulation movement for good advice and good service with high efficiency, recognized by certificates of merit at all levels for collectives and individuals; had 14 provincial-level initiatives and 13 grassroots-level initiatives; encouraged union members to focus their intelligence, improve the quality of research, coordinate with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to effectively lead and direct the implementation of policies and guidelines of the Central Government and the province...;

Promoting the spirit of solidarity and collaboration of each union member, coordinating with related departments to carefully prepare and well organize the work of serving meetings and work programs; promptly implementing social activities, organizing many activities to return to the source and show gratitude; taking care of the lives of union members, organizing tours and learning experiences; organizing cultural and sports activities, building a cultural environment in the office, etc. The results achieved in the past term have contributed positively to building a strong agency, Party Committee and union organization.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Cong Danh - Chairman of Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union agreed with the draft reports approved at the Congress and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee Office Trade Union for the 2017-2022 term. In order for the activities of the Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term to be better, he suggested that the trade union should pay attention to launching emulation movements to advise on political activities, be a support for union members to promote dynamism and creativity, have comments, rewards, and timely commend and encourage union members.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office hoped that each union member would promote the achieved results, promote personal strength to build a strong Office Union; be exemplary, take the lead with a high sense of discipline, be more dynamic and creative to operate more effectively; regularly care, share, protect and support each other in life as well as work.
