This is the content of the conclusion of Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Vinh Hien on the recognition of the examination capacity of Hanoi Pedagogical University and Vinh University.


Specifically: The school has a specialized unit for testing; Has a team of testing staff with sufficient quantity and quality (having undergone short-term training in testing and having certificates for examining speaking and writing skills); Has extensive experience in testing (experience in testing and exams to select candidates to study abroad, along with the diversity of testing tasks performed); Has a commitment from the school's Board of Directors to participate in implementing the tasks of the Project.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Vinh Hien said that localities can choose Hanoi Pedagogical University and Vinh University to conduct the review of English teacher capacity for their localities.

The Deputy Minister assigned the Management Board of the National Foreign Language Project 2020 to thoroughly brief Hanoi National University of Education and Vinh University on the content and methods of implementing the English proficiency assessment for teachers, test format, test organization, assessment of proficiency, scoring scale and scoring according to the European foreign language proficiency framework as previously agreed with the eight units assigned the task.
