Many people are worried that they will be "lifted to the sky" and become "stars". Because for Vietnamese football, having a player who becomes famous early means "falling" early over time like the previous cases we often encountered. However, with the methodical and dedicated education of the coaching team at the HAGL - Arsenal - JMG Football Academy, we have the right to hope that this will not happen to Cong Phuong and the current generation of U19 players that HAGL has spent a lot of effort and money to train over the past 7 years.
