(Baonghean) - Nghe An Newspaper, issue dated July 24, 2014, in the section "Hotline Information", reported the opinion of residents in Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City: For many days now, the manhole cover in front of the gate of Binh Minh Kindergarten, Vinh City has been broken into many pieces.

On August 1, 2014, Vinh Urban Infrastructure Management and Development Joint Stock Company: Vinh Urban Infrastructure Management Unit issued Official Dispatch No. 85/CV-HTV to respond to the issue raised by the newspaper as follows:

- Confirmed that the drainage through the internal road of Quang Trung apartment complex at the gate of Binh Minh Kindergarten in Quang Trung ward has a damaged drain cover as reported by Nghe An Newspaper.

- The company has directly inspected, repaired, and installed conduits, temporarily reinforced them to ensure traffic safety for people and vehicles; is casting load-bearing plates, and when they are sufficiently solidified, they will replace and install new ones according to technical requirements and current status.
