Song Lam Nghe An Joint Stock Company responded to the petition of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Hamlet 9 (Ngoc Son - Thanh Chuong)

(Baonghean) -On June 21, 2013, Nghe An Newspaper received Official Dispatch No. 98/CV-SL dated June 19, 2013 from Song Lam Nghe An Joint Stock Company, Song Lam Football Club responded to the petition of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Hamlet 9, Ngoc Son Commune (Thanh Chuong), parent of Thai Bao Trung, a player of Song Lam U13 class with the following content:

On July 25, 2012, Song Lam Nghe An Joint Stock Company and Song Lam Football Club signed a player training and development contract No. 55/HDDT-SLNA with the family and player Thai Bao Trung. Up to now, the contract is still valid, the Company and the Club have not made any decision to terminate the contract with player Thai Bao Trung.

1 - In 2013, the Company and the Club decided to let the Song Lam U13 team (the class with Thai Bao High School player) participate in the National Youth and Children's Football Tournament and the Song Lam U13 team compete in the qualifying round in Thai Binh. Because the number of players participating in the tournament according to the Organizing Committee's regulations is only 21 players, while the Song Lam U13 class trained at the Club has 24 players, so there are 3 players who cannot go with the team to compete. The number of players who are not allowed to join the team to compete will return home for summer vacation with their families in the locality and the U13 class's coaching board will organize a class reunion, notify the families as well as hand over the players to their families at the Club. When the U13 class participating in the tournament returns to practice again, there will be a notice for those players to practice later.

2 - After the qualifying round in Thai Binh, the U13 Song Lam team entered the final round and at the end of June, the team will compete in Khanh Hoa province. Due to preparing for the final round, the U13 coaching staff did not have time to follow the Youth - Children's Football Tournament of Nghe An Newspaper Cup. Until the Organizing Committee of the Youth - Children's Football Tournament of Nghe An Newspaper Cup 2013 asked about player Thai Bao Trung, coach Tran Quang Dung confirmed that player Thai Bao Trung is still a player trained by the Song Lam Nghe An Football Club, because up to now, the company and the Club have not made any decision or liquidation regarding player Thai Bao Trung and currently player Thai Bao Trung is still enjoying the benefits at the Company and the Club.

3 - Regarding human resource management, the Company and the Club have been very careful when allowing players to go home for summer vacation with their families. The Company and Club's Board of Directors have also instructed the Training Department that when allowing players to go home for vacation, they must hand them over to their families and the Training Department has organized a U13 class reunion and handed over the players to their families.

4 - According to the report of the U13 coaching board, player Thai Bao Trung was not allowed to go with the U13 class to the National Youth and Children's Football Tournament because player Thai Bao Trung's technical skills were not as good as the other players.

Every summer, Song Lam Nghe An Joint Stock Company and Song Lam Football Club establish a council to inspect and re-evaluate the 1-year training of players for the youth classes from U11 to U21. The council is responsible for submitting to the board of directors the inspection results as well as proposing to terminate the contracts of players who do not meet professional requirements... Because the U13 class is currently participating in the Tournament, the inspection has not been conducted and once again Song Lam Nghe An Joint Stock Company affirms that player Thai Bao Trung is still a player on the roster of the Company and the Club.
