(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 67th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2014), on the morning of July 17, Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Quynh Luu district to organize a gift giving ceremony for relatives of martyrs in Quynh Giang and Quynh Ba communes.

With the philosophy of "remembering the source when drinking water" and "remembering the person who planted the tree when eating fruit", in recent years, Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company has always paid attention to the implementation of the work of "Repaying gratitude". On this occasion, the Company has taken from the Social Welfare Fund of the Company's Trade Union contributed by staff and employees to visit and present gifts to 2 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers: Mother Nguyen Thi Diu, 95 years old, in Hamlet 2, Quynh Giang Commune, mother of martyr Nguyen Xuan Tung, who died in 1972 and Mrs. Pham Thi Uan, 99 years old, in Hamlet 6, Quynh Ba Commune, mother of 2 martyrs Dinh Ngoc Ke, who died in 1972 and martyr Dinh Ban Dao, who died in 1979. These are 2 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers who are still living in Quynh Luu District and have been taken care of by Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company for life.

It is known that, on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, this year, Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company also gave 20 more gifts to 20 policy families in Dien Chau, Nghi Loc, Yen Thanh districts, Vinh City, 5 gifts for each district.
